We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Destinations outside the United Kingdom are not supported at this time.
Our delivery coverage includes all regions of the United Kingdom, including but not limited to:
England (including Greater London and all English counties)
Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands)
Wales
Northern Ireland
Remote and island locations within the United Kingdom are included; however, delivery times may be longer due to geographical or logistical conditions.
Shipping Fees: All orders placed on our website are shipped with free delivery. No shipping charges are applied at checkout.
Value Added Tax (VAT): Where applicable, VAT is included in the product prices displayed on the website. No additional VAT will be charged upon delivery.
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (Central European Time, CET).
Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on a business day are considered received on the same day.
Orders placed after 17:00 (CET) will be considered received on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or non-working days will be processed starting from the next business day.
All orders require a processing time of 1–3 business days.
Processing includes order verification, preparation, and dispatch. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
The estimated total delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or temporary carrier delays.

Carrier selection cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are accurate and complete.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address information or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional time may be required for re-delivery.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the assigned carrier.
