This Return, Exchange and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Cozygetloft (hereinafter referred to as “we”) via our online store. It is designed to provide clear, fair, and transparent guidance regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
The item must include all original packaging, accessories, and labels
The item must not show signs of damage, wear, or alteration
Proof of purchase must be available

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Contact our customer support team via email and provide your order number and reason for return
After approval, you will receive instructions for returning the item
Pack the item securely and send it back according to the provided instructions
Please note: Returned items must be kept in good condition. If the product shows signs of damage or use, the return request may be rejected. To facilitate the return process, a return label is included inside the package.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If you wish to exchange an item:
Contact customer support within the valid return period
Specify the item you wish to exchange and the replacement item requested
Upon approval, return the original item following the return process
Exchanges are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Replacement items are subject to availability.
After the returned item passes inspection, refunds will be processed as follows:
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment card used at checkout, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB
Refund Arrival Time: The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on the processing efficiency of the issuing card institution
Refunds apply to the product purchase price only. Any non-refundable charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during the return review process.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the stated conditions
Items returned without prior authorization may not be processed
