2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

If an order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled directly.

In such cases, you may:

Orders that are already in advanced processing or shipping stages may not be eligible for cancellation.

4. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days to the original payment card used at checkout, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB

  • Refund Arrival Time: The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on the processing efficiency of your card-issuing institution

No additional fees are charged for approved cancellations prior to dispatch.

  • We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests that cannot be processed due to order status

  • During peak periods, response times may be slightly extended
